RPL have over 10 years experience of performing dedicated drilling and tapping operations on large batches of die-cast products. Our involvement has proved highly cost effective to our customers, providing considerable savings in labour and tooling costs.

Using predominantly custom built machines we are able to drill and tap a variety of materials and components from die-castings to pressed steel products.

We incorporate a high degree of management supervision and quality control, ensuring full conformance to customer specifications.
