Drilling and Tapping
 

RPL have over 15 years experience in precision
engineering, performing dedicated secondary operations
including tapping, drilling and machining internal grooves
on large batches of die-cast and pressed steel products.

Our involvement has proved highly cost effective
to our customers, providing considerable savings
in overhead and labour costs.

We use a combination of proprietary and custom
built machines, designing and building our own
machinery to perform more complex operations
such as machining internal grooves and tapping
along multiple axes.

We incorporate a high degree of management
tracking and quality control to ensure that the
exacting tolerances required in the automotive
and aerospace industries are achieved.
